This spectacular dry gin was Whitewood’s first product - a first of many creative, botanical spirits they further seek to establish.
This superbly balanced gin balances citrus, spice and floral notes above a big juniper heart. An increased botanical weight gives presence and is finished with raw British Birch water to give a beautiful soft texture.

A carefully crafted balance between 12 different botanicals that perfectly compliment each other to stand over that classic juniper heart that gin is loved for.
CITRUS
Classic cutting citrus elements from lemon zest, fresh lemongrass and coriander seed.
SPICE
Deep, earthy flavours from black pepper, ginger, cassia bark and a gentle earthy anise hint from fennel pollen.
FLORA
A delicate mix of broad & softly flavoured elderflower & German chamomile on top of which lavender sits.
AFTER DISTILLATION, A FINAL SPIRIT ABV OF AROUND 78% IS LEFT
This would normally be diluted with filtered water to bring it down to your usual 38-40% drinking strength, but Whitewood went in search of an alternative found in the wilderness…
